and delicious ice cream.
Woof.

This calendar features playful dog portraits. Every dog in the calendar will represent a delicious ice cream flavor.

I’m launching the calendar and some other awesome goodies at a special event. My friend Suzy Rad invited me to join her Holiday Market at the Tannery on December 13th. I’d love for you to join us in celebrating.

If you don’t want to wait that long or can’t attend in person, no worries – you can pre-order the calendar. Just email me at mail@evasacher.com, and we’ll set up a pickup day.

Launch Event Date

Saturday, December 13th, 10 am – 5 pm
Tannery Art Center, 1010 River Street, Santa Cruz

Let me introduce you to the furry models.

A big thank you to all the stunning models and proud dog parents! To prepare for the shoot and to get to know the dogs better, I am always eager to learn more about my models before the actual photo session. I received so many interesting insights from the pet owners about their pups when I asked them:

What are your dog’s ingredients…?

  • “Kiki is a big personality in a small package. Highly social and full of energy, she loves running circles around bigger dogs to coax them into play. She’s truly a social butterfly — always seeking out new friends and playtime wherever she goes! When she is not playing, she is highly affectionate and cuddly!”

Brussels Griffon Terrier Mix, 3 years

  • “Ziggy Tiny Stardust is the King of the World, weighing in at just 15 pounds of lean muscle and a high-pitched bark meant to protect his subjects. A bit mercurial, he loves being the center of attention. And so pretty.”

    Chinese Crested Dog, 9 years

  • “Malcolm Theodore is a full-blooded AKC Chihuahua, and we can trace his lineage back to his great-grandparents. He is a passionate Chi who loves you as much as he will fiercely protect you. When God made Mac, He threw away the mold; the world is not big enough.”

    Chihuahua, 5 years

  • “Pumpkin is a curious, snuggly, bossy, and bold little guy. He is an active, spunky, and smart dog who never wants to be left out of the action. In his own mind, he's a big dog in a small body. How did Pumpkin get his name? His birthday is Halloween!”

    Pembroke Welsh Corgi, 5 years

  • “Gemma is a happy, sassy floof who loves her humans and is a queen who rules her land with elegance. She will do anything for a treat and demands pets or play time with persistent reminders that she is available for your attention.”

    American Eskimo Dog, 4 years

  • A fluffy white dog with curly fur sitting on a pink background, one eye partly closed, ears slightly uneven

    Ziggy

    Chinese Crested Dog, 9 years

  • Close-up of a brown Labrador Retriever dog against a blue background.

    Finn

American Staffordshire Terrier + Siberian Husky + Poodle, 4 years

  • Cute small dog with large ears, sitting against a light teal background, sticking out its tongue.

    Zuki

    Queensland Heeler, 9 months

  • A happy tan and black pug with its tongue out standing against a teal background.

    Kiki

Brussels Griffon Terrier Mix, 3 years

  • A studio photo of a creature with the body of a hairless dog and the head of a human.

    Brooklyn

    German Shorthaired Pointer, 10.5 years

  • Close-up of a happy, white dog with golden eyes and tongue hanging out against a brown background.

    Malcolm Theodore

    Chihuahua, 5 years

  • A fluffy beige dog with brown facial markings, sitting on a pink background. The dog has a small tuft of hair on its head topped with a watermelon slice hair accessory and appears to be happy with its mouth open and tongue out.

    Ollie Pickles

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, 9 years

  • A black curly-haired dog with its tongue out, showing its teeth, against a light blue background.

    Che

    Havanese, 8 years

    Tochi

    Shiba Inu, 4 years

  • A Dalmatian dog sitting against a solid green background.

    Banksia

    Chocolate Labrador Retriever, 6 years

  • Close-up of a small dog with large ears, brown and white fur, and big, expressive eyes, against a plain background.

    Pumpkin

    Pembroke Welsh Corgi, 5 years

  • A fluffy, curly-haired dog sitting against a pink background with its tongue out.

    Theo (right) & Fara

Swedish Vallhund, 4 and 2 years

  • A brown curly-haired dog wearing an orange bow tie sitting on a beige background.

    Gemma

    American Eskimo Dog, 4 years
